  • Define, track and analyze product KPIs to measure feature adoption, user engagement and business impact, and turn these insights into concrete product decisions

  • Continuously monitor market needs (US/UK centered first) and competitive landscape to identify strategic opportunities

  • Identify and prioritize new features based on user knowledge, market knowledge and quantitative evidence

  • Contribute to the definition of the roadmap of your squad and manage the product backlog

  • Manage and mentor two Product Managers, supporting their growth and ensuring alignment of priorities across the Business Unit

  • Design solutions with your Product Designer to create an incredible user experience on our tool and deliver detailed product specifications for the developers

  • Participate in the QA recipe of your projects and guarantee a high level of product quality

  • Evaluate and report on the impact of the actions carried out by your squad, with clear, data-backed conclusions shared with stakeholders and leadership
