EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Chief of Staff Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to following up on management priorities, coordinating cross-functional projects, and supporting the smooth operations of our teams. You will hold a versatile position combining strategy, coordination, and executive support, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Chief of Staff Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in coordinating management priorities and following up on cross-functional initiatives.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Administrative management: prepare, file, and track company documents, files, and contracts.
  • Calendar coordination: organize meetings, travel arrangements, and team schedules.
  • Management support: assist leadership with cross-functional and priority topics.
  • Project coordination: follow up on strategic initiatives involving multiple teams.
  • Decision preparation: gather and structure the analysis required to support management decisions.
  • File follow-up: track internal and external requests through to resolution.
  • Document preparation: prepare meeting minutes, presentations, and supporting materials.
  • Stakeholder coordination: act as a link between management, teams, partners, and suppliers.
  • Supplier follow-up: manage orders, invoices, and relationships with service providers.
  • Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with the sales, recruitment, and operations teams.
  • Process optimization: contribute to improving working methods, tools, and internal procedures.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • You are currently studying management, business administration, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in organization, coordination, and cross-functional business topics.
  • You are rigorous, discreet, and able to manage several priorities simultaneously.
  • You can quickly move from one topic to another while maintaining rigor and perspective.
  • You can structure complex information to support decision-making.
  • You are comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and work well as part of a team in an international environment.
  • A good level of English may be required depending on the companies and assignments.
