Join our Project Management Graduate programme, where you’ll support the delivery of customer-facing projects across voice and data technologies. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while gaining exposure to both technical and commercial aspects of telecoms.
What you’ll be doing:
Working in our Operations & Engineering function, you’ll support the management and delivery of projects from initiation through to completion.
You’ll also be responsible for:
- Supporting the delivery of customer-facing projects across voice and data technologies
- Ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and customer requirements
- Coordinating internal teams and external partners
- Acting as a point of contact for customers and stakeholders
- Tracking progress and reporting against project plans and financials
Who are we looking for?
You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Business, Economics, or a related field. You must be fluent in both German and English, with strong communication and organisational skills.

- Good commercial awareness and financial understanding
- The ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks
- Confidence presenting information clearly
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work in international teams
