Intern- Leasing and Asset Management (all genders)

Strong responsibilities

• Manage the APAC portfolio of lease assets and assist in expansion of portfolio
• Prepare lease business cases and commercial proposals to clients
• Manage the transactions and contracts of lease placements and extensions
• Participate and contribute to weekly lease management strategy meetings. Prepare summary and recommendations to Director of Lease Management.
• Create and manage an APAC intelligence dashboard
• Perform valuations & cashflow analysis on potential asset acquisitions
• Attend periodic industry events and customer meetings

Your qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint proficiency. Experience with financial modelling & dashboards preferred.
• Strong Financial Literacy and Analysis skills, commercial acumen, and basicaccounting knowledge.
• Passionate about aviation and the aviation finance, aftermarket & leasing industry. Knowledge of civil aviation aircraft and powerplants advantageous.
• Good communication and presentation skills. Possess innovation and re-sourcefulness.
• A good attitude and receptive to learning. Able to perform under pressure.
• Recently completed Bachelors/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics preferred.

Minimum Requirements

• Fulltime & in-person internship, preferably a minimum of 5 months
• Start Date: Immediately
• The possession of a valid residence and work permit
