Job Description

Within the new established Group Shared Services Financial Controlling function in the Group Chief Financial Office area, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team.

The resource is an early-career finance professional, who is eager to develop strong controlling, reporting and stakeholder-management skills, within a multi-entity and international environment

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Support controlling and monitoring of Cost Center and of Group Shared-Services costs
  • Support, with GHO and other Group Shared Services finance teams, in ensuring full alignment of financial impacts of shared services, contributing in coordination of forecasting and budget
  • Perform reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Help improving process workflows and reporting tools for better transparency and efficiency


Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
  • 3-5 years of experience in Finance Controlling, preferably in Cost Controlling
  • Basic knowledge of IFRS and Italian accounting / fiscal rules
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling)
  • Familiarity with an ERP
  • Fluent in Italian and English
