Location: Tokyo, JAPAN
YOU ROLE
Japan’s contract logistics operations present significant opportunities for operational improvement, requiring talent who can combine data analysis, on‑site operational understanding, and a global mindset.
The VIE program enables CEVA to develop future operations leaders rather than filling short‑term operational gaps:
- Data analysis of warehouse KPIs (productivity, quality, safety, cost)
- Planning and execution support for Lean/Continuous Improvement
- Promoting improvement actions in collaboration with on-site supervisors & teams
- Operation design support for new customers and new start-ups
ABOUT YOU
- Master’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business or related field
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Fluent in English
