Job Description

We are looking for new talents to join different organizational areas at our offices in Milan, Rome, and Trieste. Opportunities may be available across several functions, depending on the candidate's profile, experience, and business needs.

Examples of potential areas of assignment include Finance, Investments, ESG, IT & Innovation, Operations, Research, Compliance and Risk.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who are registered, or eligible to register, with targeted placement under Article 1 of Law 68/99.

We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, finance, engineering or other relevant disciplines, depending on the area of assignment
  • Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of French or German is considered a plus


We value motivation, curiosity, accuracy, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in an international and dynamic environment. Previous experience in financial services, asset management, consulting, or corporate functions will be considered a plus, depending on the role.

What we offer

The role is offered a fixed term contract within the 3^Area Professionale category, under the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Banking Sector (CCNL Credito) and the applicable Company Collective Agreement (Contratto Integrativo Aziendale).

The starting gross annual salary is €37.000. The final offer will reflect the candidate's professional experience and the technical and interpersonal competences required for the position and may include an individual variable compensation component.
