CONTEXT

The VIE will join Modules Business Group headquarters, to support international Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) initiatives. The incumbent will support global HR colleagues and managers, maintains and enhances SAP SuccessFactors, contributes to HR reporting and data governance, and actively participates in international HR digitalization and diversity initiatives.

MISSIONS

  • Act as a daily point of contact for international HR colleagues and managers, providing advisory support, HRIS process guidance, knowledge sharing, and coordination of HRIS-related topics in collaboration with IT and external providers
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve HRIS documentation, presentations, and quick guides within global HR knowledge repositories
  • Actively contribute to international HR projects, particularly in HR digitalization, reporting, global data governance, and process harmonization
  • Manage and ensure the quality of global HR data in SAP SuccessFactors, including monitoring interfaces and data flows to connected systems
  • Support international HR reporting activities through dashboards, analyses, and management-ready presentations
  • Participate in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives (e.g., Equity Week), including support for global gender and equity reporting
  • Support SAP SuccessFactors release, testing, and deployment activities
  • Perform additional role-related tasks, including identifying and implementing improvements to the overall work environment, and ensuring compliance with occupational safety, environmental protection, and energy management requirements

PROFILE

  • University-level education, with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology
  • Previous succesful practical experience in HR (e.g., internships, working student roles)
  • Experience working with HR systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience in HR reporting, dashboards, analyses, and presentations
  • Fluent English, written and spoken. Knowledge of German is a bonus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of reliability, initiative, and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Experience in creating presentations, documentation, and quick-reference guides
