About the role:
Ready to turn your IT studies into real-world experience? Join our IT Service desk in our different locations across EMEA and help keep our teams connected and productive. Starting in February 2027 you will be a part of our regional internship program, offering you structured development opportunities and cross-functional exposure. You will be given the chance to gain practical experience in a highly flexible environment.
You will make a difference in the following ways:
- Support colleagues with incoming IT requests, both on-site and through digital tickets
- Help resolve everyday IT issues at the Servicedesk in the office
- Install and image PCs
- Assist with the correct installation of software
- Gain practical experience with guidance from your manager and colleagues
- Come up with your own project ideas and bring them to life, in agreement with the team
- Learn from your manager and colleagues along the way
What you bring:
- You are studying IT or a related field, and stay enrolled throughout the internship
- You are communicative and enjoy helping colleagues
- Opennesss to new learning opportunities
- Curiousity, proactivity and eagerness to learn
- You are comfortable taking initiative and contributing your own ideas
- Fluency in English
