Digital Project Management Intern – Strategy & Coordination

EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for motivated candidates to join its teams as a Digital Project Management Intern – Strategy & Coordination .

You will help coordinate digital projects that improve EIC journeys and tools. You will connect business needs, technical teams and operational priorities.

This internship is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

You will work in an international professional environment that values collaboration, initiative and learning through practical work. A supervisor will help you understand priorities and take on responsibilities as your skills develop.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scoping: gather requirements and clarify objectives, deliverables and success criteria.
• Planning: build realistic schedules and track project milestones.
• Coordination: organize communication between teams and track agreed actions.
• Prioritization: help rank requests by impact, urgency and available resources.
• Tracking: update project dashboards, identify blockers and suggest adjustments.
• Acceptance testing: prepare functional checks and gather user feedback.
• Improvement: analyze digital journeys and propose useful changes.
• Adoption support: document new tools and help teams adopt them.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• You are studying project management, digital business, management or information systems.
• You can structure a schedule, a meeting and action-oriented notes.
• You are comfortable with collaboration tools and enjoy working with technical colleagues.
• You are organized, attentive and thorough when following up on priorities.
• You are comfortable communicating in English. French is an asset for collaboration with French-speaking colleagues and audiences.
• You can work collaboratively, seek feedback and suggest practical improvements.
