Mission principale
Au sein de l'équipe, l'apprenti(e) contribuera à la structuration et au pilotage opérationnel des partenariats liés au projet d'out-licensing. Il/elle interviendra exclusivement en coordination avec les équipes internes et ne sera pas en contact direct avec les partenaires externes.
Principales responsabilités
- Participer à la préparation, rédaction et au suivi des Statements of Work (SOW), en lien avec les équipes internes.
- Contribuer au cadrage des partenariats : périmètre, livrables, planning, gouvernance, rôles et responsabilités.
- Coordonner les échanges entre les équipes Business Development, Legal, DIPI, Regulatory, Tech et les autres stakeholders internes.
- Préparer les réunions de pilotage internes, formaliser les décisions et suivre les plans d'action.
- Identifier les dépendances, risques ou points de blocage et les remonter à l'équipe projet pour arbitrage.
Profil recherché
- Étudiant(e) en Master 1 ou Master 2 : école de commerce, ingénieur, sciences, innovation, management de projet ou formation équivalente.
- Intérêt pour l'innovation, le développement technologique, les partenariats et la valorisation d'actifs scientifiques ou technologiques.
- Une première expérience en gestion de projet, innovation, business development ou dans un environnement transverse est appréciée.
