Your MissionJoin Stryker’s R&D Lifecycle Management team and help improve how critical product data is managed across the organization. You'll gain hands-on experience in data analytics, automation, and process improvement while supporting digital transformation initiatives in a global MedTech environment.
What You'll Do- Support the migration and optimization of product lifecycle data in modern digital systems
- Create reports and dashboards using Excel, Excel Macros, and Power BI
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives with Power Automate
- Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for data management
- Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams to improve data quality and efficiency
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
- Good Excel skills and an interest in data analytics and process improvement
- Initial experience with Power BI, Excel Macros, or similar analytical tools through studies, projects, or internships
- Interest in automation, digital transformation, and process optimization
- Good English skills (minimum B2); German skills are a plus
- Practical experience in an international MedTech company
