EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Partnerships Intern.
In this role, you will actively contribute to developing new partnerships, managing existing partner companies, and creating new business opportunities. You will hold a versatile position combining business development, partner relations, and negotiation, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.
The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Partnerships Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in developing and managing our network of partners.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Partner relationship management: develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with our partner companies and understand their needs.
- Prospecting and business development: identify new partner companies, develop new opportunities, and maintain an active prospect base.
- Partner identification: research companies and organizations that could support the growth of the business.
- Partnership building: prepare collaboration proposals tailored to the needs of different stakeholders.
- Negotiation: contribute to defining and negotiating the terms of partnerships.
- Network management: maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure regular follow-up.
- Sales process management: manage the different stages of the sales process, from prospecting and needs qualification to follow-up and opportunity conversion.
- Commercial proposals: prepare proposals tailored to partner needs and contribute to building customized solutions.
- Negotiation and closing: support discussions through to signature and follow up on commitments.
- Opportunity analysis: study the market and identify industries, companies, and trends with development potential.
- Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with recruitment, marketing, and operations teams to ensure high-quality partner follow-up.
- Process optimization: contribute to improving working methods, CRM tools, and account tracking.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- You are currently studying business, management, marketing, business development, or a related field.
- You have a genuine interest in partnership development, negotiation, and client relations.
- You can analyze a need, identify an opportunity, and provide structured follow-up throughout a sales process.
- You can identify complementary opportunities between organizations and build win-win proposals.
- You are comfortable communicating with a wide variety of professional stakeholders.
- You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
- You are comfortable using office, collaborative, and CRM tools.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and work well as part of a team in an international environment.
- A good level of English may be required depending on the companies and assignments.
