Job Description

Within the Sustainability Governance and Reporting department, we are looking for an intern.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Support Group sustainability reporting (e.g. rating agencies, website, etc.)
  • Support the sustainability awareness inside and outside the company
  • Support the monitoring of the Group Sustainability Policy
  • Support 360° to the Team (e.g. research, document preparation, etc.)


Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields
  • A Master's degree in a sustainability-related discipline and knowledge of the insurance industry will be considered strong assets
  • Previous academic, internship, or professional experience in sustainability-related activities is appreciated
  • Experience gained within large or mid-sized corporations, consulting firms, research institutions, or university projects will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken English


Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with a particular focus on preparing effective presentations and analyzing data
  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity
  • Good command of Microsoft Outlook for managing communications, distribution lists, and stakeholder interactions
  • Ability to use Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools to support internal communication and knowledge sharing
  • Strong willingness to learn and continuously develop new technical skills
