EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Brand Management Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to building, developing, and monitoring the company’s brand image. You will hold a versatile position combining brand strategy, marketing, and creative work, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Brand Management Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in developing, positioning, and maintaining the consistency of our brand image.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Brand strategy: contribute to defining the brand’s positioning, narrative, and values.
  • Brand identity consistency: ensure that visual guidelines and tone of voice are respected across all materials.
  • Brand stewardship: monitor the consistency and evolution of the brand across different markets and channels.
  • Brand guidelines: contribute to writing, updating, and sharing brand usage guidelines.
  • Product and service launches: support launches to ensure alignment with the brand’s positioning and identity.
  • Brand campaigns: contribute to designing and executing communication campaigns.
  • Content creation: participate in producing print and digital brand materials.
  • Brand perception analysis: monitor brand image, customer feedback, and awareness indicators.
  • Competitive monitoring: analyze brands within the industry and identify emerging trends.
  • Message alignment: help ensure consistency across messages produced by different teams.
  • Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to maintain brand consistency.
  • Process optimization: contribute to improving brand tools, guidelines, and project tracking processes.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • You are currently studying marketing, communications, branding, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in brands, positioning, and communication.
  • You have strong creative sensitivity and excellent writing skills.
  • You are able to build a clear and consistent brand narrative.
  • You can adapt messaging and brand identity across different channels and formats.
  • You pay close attention to visual and editorial consistency.
  • You are comfortable analyzing trends, competitors, and customer feedback.
  • You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • You are interested in developing your skills in an international and multicultural environment.
  • A good level of English may be required depending on the position and responsibilities.
