Intermonte is a part of Banca Generali Group, a private banking group, able to offer its customers the best strategies for effective financial planning and in the protection of clients through a network of private consultants at the top of the sector in terms of skills and expertise/professionalism.
Unit reporting to the COO. It is responsible for overseeing the company's projects and organization, and providing support to business functions, working closely with other departments
The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for activities related to DORA compliance. In particular, the role will involve monitoring the collection of required documentation, reviewing contractual arrangements, maintaining and updating the Register of Information and Outsourcing register, and supporting the onboarding process for new vendors.
The candidate will also be involved in project management activities, the preparation of documentation for the Board of Directors and committees, as well as analysis and reporting activities.

Requirements
- Master Degree (Economics and Finance, Business Administration / Management, Banking and Financial Markets, Accounting, Finance & Control, Law, especially with a focus on Banking, Financial Regulation, Compliance, or Corporate Law, Management Engineering, Economics and Management of Financial Intermediaries)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Powerpoint)
- Knowledge of, or strong interest in, the financial services industry
- Proficiency in English and Italian
Nice to have:
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Previous work experience will be considered as a plus
