The Antalis Talent & Development team aims to deliver the best learning and development solutions to support the growth of our talents across the Group.
As a central team, we design and deploy learning programmes for more than 4,000 employees across 31 countries.
We are currently looking for an Instructional Designer Apprentice to support the development of engaging and interactive digital learning experiences, while assisting our global L&D community with training deployment and content localization projects.

Key Responsibilities
Supported by the Talent & Development team, the apprentice will contribute to the following activities:
- Support the design of training content and the development of e-learning modules aligned with the Group L&D roadmap
- Collaborate with L&D managers, subject matter experts and stakeholders to help analyse training needs and define learning objectives
- Contribute to the creation of learning materials such as quizzes, guides, videos and interactive assets
- Assist in updating and maintaining existing learning content (testing, troubleshooting, improvements)
- Support course implementation within the LMS and help monitor learning assignments, reports, evaluations and statistics
- Assist local L&D partners with training promotion (communication kits) and translation coordination
- Contribute to project documentation and course content organisation
Profile
- Student enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HR, instructional design, digital learning, communication or related field)
- Strong interest in learning & development and digital learning solutions
- Basic knowledge of instructional design and project management principles
- First experience or strong interest in e-learning authoring tools (preferably Articulate 360) and video editing
- Comfortable with digital tools and learning management systems (Cornerstone OnDemand is a plus)
- Sensitivity to visual design and ability to structure learning content (storyboarding)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- Fluent in English
