Job Description

Group Advanced and AI Training team is looking for a young talent for a 6-month experience to support the design and delivery of global learning programs focused on GenAI.

The candidate will have a privileged view of training programs for Leaders and Global Functions and will actively contribute to their design, project management and deployment.

The candidate will demonstrate a true interest in this subject and ambition in developing and supporting the training Programs for the above mentioned target populations, in addition to a strong international attitude. The team manages learning & development programs for the entire Group population, meaning that the stakeholders are international and are both internal of Generali Group and external, such as business schools, technology partners, and external vendors.

The ideal candidate will support the team in the following activities:
  • Take active part in the brainstorming for the design of the content and format for the program(s);
  • Update of data, reporting and data analysis;
  • Manage training schedule through our LMS platform;
  • Manage the structure of meetings, workshops, virtual events and manage related invitations;
  • Prepare presentations and documents, using both Power Point and Excel;
  • Support the communication with all stakeholders.


Requirements

  • University's degree (Economics, Maths, Political Science, International Studies, Psychology preferred);
  • International exposure (study or work experience);
  • Good proficiency in using data analysis, data processing, and calculation tools (e.g., Excel);
  • A sincere interest in Gen AI, AI and technology;
  • Demonstrated passion for building and improving new skills through training and the design of impactful learning experiences;
  • Minimal experience in HR (from a previous internship) will be considered a plus but not mandatory.

The successful candidate will be working in a highly engaging environment and must be willing to study to get further insight into the subject as well as to work with a wide international team.
