Job Description

As Junior HR Generalist, you will be responsible, under supervision, in supporting senior members of the team in managing different activities such as:
  • Assist HRBPs with recruitment processes: screen potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies; organize interviews with shortlisted candidates; post job advertisements on job boards and social media
  • Carry out the on-boarding process and employee inductions
  • Ensure internal organization by providing administrative efficiency in all HR processes and maintaining up-to-date documentation
  • Support HR Operations with employment contracts and contract amendments, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Respond to employee queries
  • Reporting
  • Perform general administration tasks, including database maintenance, archiving, and filing.
  • Support Senior HRBPs in L&D activities for GIH
  • Support Senior HRBPs in the Compensation Review Process
  • Support in HR coordination of International Entities


Requirements

  • MSc degree in Economics, Political Science, Law; Desired majors: Human Resources or related field
  • Fluent in English; Knowledge of a second foreign language (ideally French) will be considered a plus
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Word)
  • Interest in Economics and Asset Management
  • Sounding knowledge of Labor Law
  • At least 3 years of experience
