As a Recruiting Intern, you'll become an active member of our Talent Acquisition team for six months, gaining hands-on experience across the full recruitment process while working closely with experienced recruiters.

About your tasks:
- Identify and engage talented candidates through active sourcing on various platforms and help build strong talent pipelines
- Screen CVs and support recruiters in identifying suitable candidates for open positions
- Coordinate interviews by scheduling appointments and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Support the team with recruitment administration, including maintaining candidate data and keeping recruitment processes well organized
- Work closely with the Recruiting team on day-to-day hiring activities while gaining insights into employer branding and talent acquisition
About you:
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- You are organized, enjoy communicating with people, and have an eye for detail
- You are excited to learn about Talent Acquisition and active sourcing in an international environment; experience with recruiting tools is a nice to have
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
- You enjoy working with others and believe that great ideas are even better when shared over a coffee
