EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Specialist.
In this role, you will actively contribute to recruitment, candidate follow-up, and talent acquisition for our partner companies. You will hold a versatile position combining recruitment, candidate relations, and recruitment process ownership, with real responsibilities from the start.
The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Specialist at EIC, you will play a key role in recruiting and supporting our candidates.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Candidate sourcing: identify and approach profiles matching the needs of our partner companies.
- Active sourcing: proactively identify and directly approach profiles matching defined recruitment needs.
- Candidate interviews: conduct interviews to better understand candidates’ backgrounds, skills, and professional goals.
- Recruitment ownership: independently manage the recruitment processes entrusted to you.
- Needs qualification: engage with partner companies to understand their expectations and the profiles they are looking for.
- Candidate support: follow candidates throughout the process, advise them, and prepare them for each stage.
- Interview coordination: organize exchanges between candidates and partner companies and follow up until a decision is made.
- Recruitment reporting: track key indicators and report on the progress of ongoing recruitment processes.
- Administrative management: prepare and track documents related to recruitment and onboarding.
- Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure high-quality follow-up.
- Process optimization: contribute to improving recruitment methods, ATS tools, and application tracking.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- You are currently studying human resources, occupational psychology, management, or a related field.
- You have a genuine interest in recruitment and supporting people.
- You are comfortable conducting interviews and supporting a wide variety of profiles.
- You are comfortable working toward recruitment targets and defined deadlines.
- You are able to independently manage a recruitment process.
- You are comfortable with active sourcing and direct candidate outreach.
- You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
- You are comfortable using office, collaborative, and ATS tools.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and work well as part of a team in an international environment.
- A good level of English may be required depending on the companies and assignments.
