Job Description

The Business Transformation (BT) unit is responsible of driving implementation of Group Strategy:
  • Securing efficient and effective steering of the execution of the Strategic Plan
  • Acting as high-profile business partner to facilitate the execution of key initiatives across the Group
  • Leading the implementation of prioritized strategic projects
  • Managing the Group Project portfolio to ensure cohesive and disciplined implementation
  • Ensuring alignment on strategy implementation progress leading content for key to track and communicate strategic initiative progress


The position requires to:
  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives, collaborating closely with business and functions stakeholders
  • Manage project execution with discipline and efficiency, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
  • Ensure alignment between Group and BUs' stakeholders, also partnering with Insurance/(AM) Division(s)
  • Foster change management, collaborating with business owners to adapt approach to each specific context
  • Be entrepreneurial in managing workstreams or projects independently


Deliver projects lead by the Unit:
  • Manage the overall project workplan and ensure timely delivery of key milestones and deliverables
  • Support the development of strategic content in close collaboration with project contributors
  • Conduct supporting analyses, working also with other teams within the Strategy and Business Transformation Unit
  • Clearly communicate progress, insights, and results to relevant stakeholders


Requirements

  • Master's degree, or equivalent, in Business, Economics, Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience, including internships
  • Previous exposure to, or a basic understanding of, the insurance industry is preferred
  • Previous experience in consulting, including internships, is considered an advantage
  • Experience contributing to projects as part of a team is considered an advantage
  • Italian and English working proficiency.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills (managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams simultaneously. Skilled in time management, task prioritization, and maintaining focus under pressure while ensuring high-quality outcomes)
