YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This apprenticeship will take place in Paris, at our headquarters starting from October 2026 or January 2027. Margaux, HRBP Europe Sales & Marketing, will support you to thrive in your missions :

• Being the first point of contact for interns/apprentices of Europe Sales & Marketing teams from an administrative perspective (approx. 15 people) by managing the onboarding and offboarding, providing ad hoc support etc (50%).
• Providing support in managing HR/Performance processes: HR Cycle, Talent Review, Performance calibration (20%).
• Ensuring people data quality in collaboration with HR Admin for reporting purposes (10%).
• Assisting with recruitment process - screening CVs, scheduling interviews, etc (5%).
• Providing comms and admin support in animating culture & engagement topics (e.g. Danone People Survey and Diversity Engagement & Inclusive programs) (10% of your time).
• Taking minutes of full EU HR team meetings and coordinating follow up of actions (5%).

A propos de vous

For this position, we are looking for someone:

• Available from October 2026 or January 2027.
• At the level of Bac+4/5 in university, business school, or engineering school.
• A previous experience in HR is a plus.
• Organized, rigorous, and autonomous.
• Fluent in French & English mandatory.
• Enjoys working closely with business teams and interacting with different departments!
