The Prodotti Risparmio Gestito Unit is responsible for the development, management, and monitoring of the Bank's investment product offering, including:
- In-house managed funds and discretionary solutions
- Third-party investment funds
- Investment services supporting long-term savings strategies
The ideal candidate will support the team in the analysis and management of asset management products, with a strong focus on market dynamics and product performance.
Main activities include:
- Contributing to market and scenario analysis to support product strategy
- Supporting the development of new investment products, including:
- Managed solutions
- Third-party funds
- In-house managed investment funds
- Supporting the development and monitoring of investment services (e.g. PAC, PIC)
Performing day-to-day product management activities, including:
- Analysis of net flows
- Monitoring of product performance
- Analysis of market penetration and client adoption
Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or Physics
- At least 5 years of experience in asset management product development, monitoring, or related activities
- Strong kwoledge of mutual funds and discretionary portfolio management products
- Fluency in Italian and English
Nice to have:
- Solid financial markets background
- Good knowledge of MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of database query languages is a plus
- Strong enthusiasm and proactive mindset
- Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility from an early stage
- Pragmatic, humble, flexible and hands-on approach
- Strong team spirit and collaborative attitude
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
