EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for a talented intern to join its Paris team as a Project Manager Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to the management and implementation of various internal projects related to EIC’s development, process improvement, and team coordination.

You will help structure projects, monitor their progress, coordinate stakeholders, and identify improvement opportunities to optimize the organization’s operations.

You will take on a versatile role within an international company specialized in professional mobility between France and Canada, with real responsibilities from the beginning of your internship.

The internship will take place at our Paris office, while working closely with our teams based in Canada.

You will evolve in an international environment and contribute to the development of a program helping students and young graduates build their professional experience abroad.

MISSIONS

As a Project Manager Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in coordinating and monitoring the company’s different projects.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Project management: participate in planning, monitoring, and delivering strategic and operational projects.
Team coordination: facilitate communication between different teams involved in projects and support effective collaboration.
Objectives and deadlines monitoring: track project progress, identify potential challenges, and suggest appropriate solutions.
Task organization: structure project steps and ensure proper follow-up of assigned actions.
Project tracking materials creation: prepare dashboards, tracking documents, and reports to measure project progress.
Internal process analysis: identify improvement opportunities and suggest organizational optimizations.
Continuous improvement: contribute to implementing new working methods to improve team efficiency.
Priority management: support teams in organizing tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
Research and analysis: conduct research required for the development of new projects and initiatives.
Performance monitoring: analyze project results and suggest areas for improvement.
International team collaboration: work with teams based in France and Canada to ensure effective project coordination.
Project management tools optimization: contribute to improving the tools and methods used to monitor activities.

PROFILE

You are currently studying project management, business, management, engineering, business school, or a related field.
You have a strong interest in project management, organization, and process improvement.
You are structured, organized, and able to manage multiple topics simultaneously.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
You are comfortable coordinating with different stakeholders.
You are autonomous, rigorous, and proactive.
You know how to prioritize tasks and ensure effective follow-up.
You are comfortable using project management tools and collaborative platforms.
Previous experience in project management, coordination, or organization is a plus.
A good level of English is appreciated in order to collaborate with our teams based in Canada.
