We are looking for an apprentice for our Innovation department. Within the Group Innovation & Smart Mobility teams, you will contribute to excellence in Alstom innovation management

You will be in charge of the following missions:

  • Support the governance of the innovation portfolio coming from employees
    • Participate in the review and selection of innovation ideas,
    • Ensure the follow-up of decisions and the reporting of initiatives,
    • Improve the performance dashboard in interface with IT teams
  • Configure the digital innovation management system
    • Configure the system for collecting and selecting innovation campaigns
    • Provide user support
    • Follow the relationship with the software publisher and the actions in progress: updates, evolutions...
  • Participate in the communication of topics related to innovation

We are looking for an apprentice with :

a master's degree in Innovation Management, Engineering or IT

or University degree, or School of Engineering, data science, business intelligence

Technical skills :
  • Skills in analyzing the quality and relevance of data
  • Know how to generate detailed graphical reports to present data and results (Qliksense, Power BI, Dash, Tableau, Excel, ...)
  • Ability to automate analysis tasks and report generation
  • Analyze the reports / data produced and deduce areas for improvement
  • Professional English and French - written, oral

  • Capacity for analysis, synthesis and presentation
  • Be proactive
  • Rigor and organization
  • The ability to work in a team
  • Good oral and written communication

Terms :

12 months / 24 months apprenticeship contract with a start in september 2025 in Saint-Ouen.
