Tasks
- Manage capital markets consulting engagements from scoping to delivery
- Act as primary day-to-day client contact
- Lead teams of consultants and senior consultants
- Ensure high quality, timely delivery and commercial success
- Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and internal capability building

Qualifications
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Consulting or Financial Services with proven project and stakeholder management skills
- Strong expertise in capital markets, asset management and regulatory frameworks as well as an entrepreneurial mindset and leadership ambition
- A market relevant certification like CFA or FRM is a plus
- Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French required
