- Support project and tender teams on Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental matters.
- Participate in risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and inspections.
- Maintain and further improve QHSE management systems, procedures, and standards.
- Develop and support safety awareness initiatives, training activities, and improvement programs.
- Monitor QHSE performance and help translate findings into practical actions.
- Work closely with operational teams and other stakeholders to strengthen our safety culture.
- Conduct regular site visits to stay connected to operational activities and support teams in the field.
- Take ownership of specific QHSE topics, processes, systems, or improvement initiatives, aligned with your strengths and business needs.
Your profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Safety Sciences, Environmental Sciences, or another relevant field.
- Experience in QHSE, safety management systems, engineering, or operational environments is a plus.
- Strong interest in safety and continuous improvement.
- Analytical mindset combined with a practical, hands-on approach.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders in an international environment.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for short assignments and site visits.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch is considered an asset.
- Eager to learn, take ownership, and grow within a broad QHSE role.
