About the role:

Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in a global B2B technology environment while working closely with channel partners across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa? Join Belden's Partner Programs Team and play an active role in driving the success of our partner ecosystem.

In this internship, you'll gain valuable exposure to channel sales, partner management, business operations, and program execution. You'll work with cross-functional teams, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to programs that help partners grow their business with Belden.

You will make a difference in the following ways:

  • Support the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of Belden's EMEA Partner Program.
  • Help manage and enhance partner-facing tools, portals, and resources, ensuring a seamless partner experience.
  • Assist with partner contract administration and maintain data accuracy within our contract management systems.
  • Monitor partner certifications, compliance, and program requirements, helping ensure partners achieve and maintain program standards.
  • Analyze partner and program data to identify trends, measure performance, and support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and regional teams across EMEA on key partner initiatives.

What you bring:

  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills; additional European language skills are a plus.
  • A detail-oriented and process-driven mindset with a passion for organization and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • The ability to work effectively in a collaborative, international team environment.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to learn about channel sales, partner programs, and business operations.
  • Passion and enthusiasm - ready to take on challenges;
