Internship - Fund Operations (H/F) - Luxembourg - November 2026

Missions :

Pour soutenir la croissance de l'activité, vous intégrez, à Luxembourg, l'équipe Fund Operations Credit Unit Linked composée de 5 personnes en charge des fonds Eltif/semi-liquide.

Vous aurez la charge de :

Monitoring de la performance:

• Calcul et contrôle des NAV bimensuelles en relation avec les prestataires ;
• Contribution aux reportings investisseurs.

Transactions:

• Participation à l'exécution des transactions ;
• Coordination des flux de passif.

Contrôle et reporting:

• Monitoring de la trésorerie et de la capacité d'investissements ;
• Coordination de la comptabilité et des paiements.
• Suivi des investissements (tirages, paiements des intérêts, remboursements...) ;
• Maintien des bases référentielles ;

To support the growth of activity, you will join, in Luxembourg, the Credit Unit Linked Operations in a team of 5 people in charge of the Semi-Liquid/Eltif Funds.

You will oversee:

Performance monitoring:

• Calculation and control of bimonthly NAV in relation with service providers;
• Contribution to investor reporting;

Transactions:

• Participation in the execution of transactions;
• Coordination of subscriptions & redemptions;

Control and reporting:

• Monitoring of cash flow and investment capacity;
• Monitoring of investments (drawings, interest payments, repayments, etc.);
• Maintenance of reference bases;
• Coordination of accounting and payments;

Profile :

• Master 2 d'une école de commerce, d'ingénieur ou d'une université de premier rang avec une spécialisation en finance d'entreprise ;
• Très bonne maitrise du pack Office ;
• Solide connaissance de la finance d'entreprise et de la comptabilité. Une précédente expérience dans la finance d'entreprise (private equity/debt, banque d'affaires, leveraged finance, transaction services, audit, etc.) est préférable ;
• Curiosité, dynamisme, rigueur, capacité d'adaptation, aptitude à travailler en équipe ;
• Français et Anglais courant.

• Master 2 from a business school, engineering school or top university with a specialization in corporate finance;
• Very good knowledge of the Office pack;
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting. Previous experience in corporate finance (private equity/debt, investment banking, leveraged finance, transaction services, audit, etc.) is preferred;
• Good analytical, synthesis and oral & written communication skills;
• Curiosity, dynamism, rigor, adaptability, ability to work in a team;
• French and English fluent.
