Care for skin - care for people

At Beiersdorf, we want to help people feel good about their skin - and our commitment goes far beyond caring for skin. For 140 years, we have developed innovative skin and body care products for well-known brands such as NIVEA, Eucerin, La Prairie, Hansaplast, and Labello. We act according to our purpose, WE CARE BEYOND SKIN, and take responsibility for our consumers, our employees, the environment and society.

Behind every brand, every product and every accomplishment are our more than 20,000 employees. It is for them that we live an inclusive culture of respect and trust that is strongly aligned with our values - CARE, COURAGE, SIMPLICITY and TRUST. We also embrace diversity by valuing the uniqueness of each individual and being committed to equal opportunities for all.

Your Tasks

The Pilot Plant investigates these interactions and serves as the central trial platform for scaling up our products for production at our manufacturing sites. • Supporting technical investment projects
  • Supporting maintenance and repair activities
  • Analyzing trial and production samples and evaluating measurement data
  • Supporting the preparation of presentations
  • A variety of exciting, hands-on special assignments will round out your responsibilities

Your Profile

  • Currently studying chemical engineering, process engineering, food technology, or a comparable technical discipline
  • Creative and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to understand complex interrelationships and translate them into practical solutions
  • Enrolled as a student for the entire duration of the working-student position
  • Strong hands-on mentality
  • Basic understanding of fluid mechanics and thermodynamics
  • Strong communication skills in German and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Initial practical experience in a laboratory, pilot plant, or production environment is desirable
  • The role requires partial on-site presence in line with company regulations
