EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Communications Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to the design, execution, and monitoring of the company’s communication initiatives. You will hold a versatile position combining internal communications, external communications, and content creation, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Communications Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in increasing our visibility and ensuring consistency across our communication initiatives.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Communication planning: contribute to building and implementing communication initiatives.
  • Content creation: produce materials adapted to different channels, audiences, and objectives.
  • External communications: contribute to press relations, partnerships, and corporate communication.
  • Internal communications: prepare content and materials for internal teams and partners.
  • Channel management: contribute to managing the website, social media channels, and email campaigns.
  • Campaign execution: support the preparation, launch, and monitoring of communication initiatives.
  • Message coordination: help ensure consistency across communications and channels.
  • Performance tracking: measure the results of communication initiatives using key indicators.
  • Analysis and recommendations: identify opportunities for improvement and recommend optimizations.
  • Market monitoring and benchmarking: follow communication trends, market initiatives, and competitor practices.
  • Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with marketing, sales, design, and operations teams.
  • Process optimization: contribute to improving communication workflows and tools.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • You are currently studying communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in communications, content creation, and digital media.
  • You have excellent writing skills.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are able to adapt messages to different channels and audiences.
  • You are comfortable with digital tools and major communication channels.
  • You pay close attention to message consistency and the quality of communication materials.
  • You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • You are interested in developing your skills in an international and multicultural environment.
  • A good level of English may be required depending on the position and responsibilities.
