With over 25 years of experience and more than 540 passionate professionals, we bring together specialized business units offering a complete aviation ecosystem, including fractional ownership, charter services, aircraft management, trading, maintenance, and training.

Jetfly Aviation is the Jetfly division dedicated to fractional aircraft ownership, serving over 500 co-owners across Europe. Luxembourg hosts the operational hub and administrative departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high-quality service for all co-owners.

About the role

Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting with travel bookings, coordinating with global vendors, supporting visa tracking, and helping maintain key travel processes. You will also contribute to improving how things are done by identifying ways to make workflows faster and more efficient.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate travel, aviation logistics, and operational problem-solving in a fast-paced international setting.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Travel department in organizing end-to-end travel logistics for executives, company personnel, sales meetings, and corporate events, including managing complex group bookings.
  • assist with uniform workflows, essential travel amenities, and tracking follow-up processes for flight crew members.
  • Maintain daily relationships with key travel vendors (airlines, hotels, ground transportation) and assist in preparing documentation for contract reviews or renewals.
  • Help manage the end-to-end tracking of crew and passenger visas, maintaining an organized database of global immigration requirements and liaising with external visa service providers.
  • Process Optimization & Digital Transformation: Collaborate with the travel department to analyze operational inefficiencies and implement innovative solutions from request submission to final booking and expense reconciliation.

Profile

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Aviation Management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong asset
  • Strong technical comfort with Excel and data/project management tools (an appetite for digital transformation is a must).
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent Communicator: You are comfortable interacting with diverse internal stakeholders (from pilots to executives) and external global vendors.

What this internship offers to you

  • You will actively help dimension and scale the global travel architecture for a leader in business aviation, gaining specialized knowledge in both corporate hospitality and complex crew aviation logistics.
  • You will develop the ability to find immediate, logical solutions to complex, fast-moving logistical challenges, while actively bringing ideas to the table to drive daily travel efficiency.

Internship Compensation package

Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:

  • Bachelor's degree: €1,000
  • 1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
  • Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500
