EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Content Creator Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to content production and community engagement. You will hold a versatile position combining social media, content creation, and audience relations, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Content Creator Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in producing content and growing our communities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Editorial planning: contribute to building and maintaining a consistent publishing calendar.
Content production: create content adapted to different platforms, audiences, and communication objectives.
Format creation: design and produce original video, photo, and written content.
Storytelling: develop narratives that capture and maintain the audience’s attention.
Social media content: create formats adapted to the codes and behaviors of different social platforms.
Content production: contribute to shooting photos and videos for different communication channels.
Testing and iteration: experiment with different concepts, formats, and approaches and adjust them based on performance.
Community engagement: contribute to interactions with the audience through messages and comments.
Performance tracking: analyze engagement, reach, and the performance of published content.
Trend monitoring: identify emerging formats, topics, and trends that can be incorporated into the content strategy.
Collaboration management: contribute to identifying and managing collaborations with creators and partners.
Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams.
Process optimization: contribute to improving content creation, planning, and performance tracking tools.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

You are currently studying communication, digital marketing, content creation, or a related field.
You have a genuine interest in social media, content creation, and emerging digital formats.
You understand the main social media platforms and their different codes.
You are comfortable using content creation and scheduling tools.
You are able to produce different types of content, including video, photography, and written content.
You are comfortable both in front of and behind the camera.
You are proficient in or comfortable using mobile content creation tools.
You have a strong creative sense and can adapt content to different audiences and platforms.
You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
You are interested in developing your skills in an international and multicultural environment.
A good level of English may be required depending on the position and responsibilities.
