As consultants, we support the Otto Group’s companies in Germany and abroad in interdisciplinary teams. Our work ranges from strategy and portfolio development, digital transformation, growth and end-to-end projects to digital implementation. We are the first point of contact for all topics that matter to the Otto Group’s top management. In this role, you will work closely with senior decision-makers across the Otto Group, giving you an early foundation for a career within the Group.

What You Can Expect
Help shape the digital transformation of one of Europe’s largest e-commerce companies and work on solutions to exciting future challenges — often before end customers experience them in their everyday lives.
From traditional omni-channel retailers to platform companies, logistics providers and financial services, the Otto Group and its subsidiaries operate across a wide range of industries. As a result, you will work on diverse focus topics such as sustainability, marketing, and organizational transformation.
Together with our consultants, you will support tasks such as business case modeling, preparing decision documents, and facilitating workshops with senior and top management.
You will take on responsibility for challenging project modules from the start, working closely with the client team.

What You Bring
- You are enrolled in a bachelor’s program, ideally at least in your fifth semester, in a master’s program, or you are currently in a gap year between your bachelor’s and master’s degree and have a strong academic track record.
- You have already gained initial experience through demanding internships or working student positions in a digital environment, project work, or consulting.
- You enjoy working in a team and are willing to take on responsibility.
- You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills and strong communication abilities.
- You have a strong interest in digital business models and current market developments.
- You are available for an internship starting in November 2026 for at least three months, ideally four to six months. Please indicate your preferred internship period in your application.
- Your language skills: German C1 and English B2.
Nice to Have
- You are confident in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- You speak very good English and have ideally already gained international experience.
