What you'll do
- Manage inbound pet parent contacts via multiple channels on a daily basis regarding the products;
- Strive for first time resolution outcomes when possible;
- Manage your own caseload and independently source resolutions for pet parents;
- Act with sense of urgency to mitigate any risk to the business through the escalation process and your own prioritization abilities;
- Capture all data from pet parents into CRM system to allow accurate reporting and continuous improvement in the products and services we offer;
- Work as part of a team to achieve defined KPIs and objectives.
What you'll need
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in French (C2);
- Good knowledge of English (C1);
- To be genuinely passionate about pets and love working in a pet-focused environment;
- Customer service experience;
- Ability to establish and maintain a rapport with pet parents;
- Social media platform understanding;
- Agile in computer skills from the user’s perspective;
- Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information.
