Are you someone who gets excited about turning empty buildings into beautifully designed homes? Do you thrive when juggling timelines, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and making sure every detail lands perfectly on-site? Then this internship might be exactly what you’re looking for.

We’re looking for a Project Manager Intern to support the delivery of our renovation projects in Brussels, from first sketches to fully furnished Cohabs homes ready for move-in.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will be to help bring our houses to life: on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.

What you’ll be doing

  • Project Support from A to Z: Assist in managing renovation projects from pricing and design phase through to final delivery
  • On-Site Coordination: Work closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure smooth execution on the ground
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with designers, product teams, and architects to define project requirements and ensure alignment
  • Construction Follow-Up: Support site visits, quality control, reporting, and day-to-day contractor coordination
  • Delivery Excellence: Help oversee final house setup, furniture installation, and technical checks before handover
  • Supplier Management: Build strong relationships with partners and ensure clear communication and execution standards
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify smarter, faster, better ways of delivering renovation projects

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong interest in construction, design, sustainability, and project delivery
  • You genuinely enjoy being on-site and seeing projects come to life in the real world
  • Highly organised, structured, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with Google Suite and procurement / project management tools
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive mindset: you don’t wait to be told, you take initiative
  • Fluent in French (required); English is a plus
  • Solution-oriented, with a natural drive to improve how things are done

Join a fast-growing team where your ideas, energy, and creativity truly matter.
