Your role

As a Quality Engineer, you will contribute to quality excellence within a complex aerospace environment, supporting certification, compliance, continuous improvement, and operational performance initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction

In this role, you will:

• Support quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance, product quality, and customer satisfaction
• Contribute to quality projects and ensure alignment with business and customer requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, production, and quality teams to drive effective communication and project execution
• Support risk identification, problem-solving activities, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance of certification and quality-related documentation with applicable regulations and industry standards
• Participate in audits, compliance assessments, and action plans supporting regulatory requirements
• Promote a culture of quality and operational excellence across the organization

Your profile

You are analytical, proactive, and passionate about quality and continuous improvement. You enjoy working with multiple stakeholders and contributing to high standards of compliance and operational excellence.

You bring

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Around 2 to 4 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of aerospace quality standards and regulations such as AS9100, TCCA, FAA, or EASA.
• Experience in continuous improvement, problem solving, and quality compliance activities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
