Our teams thrive in an environment that is:

  • innovative and data-driven, where technology powers performance,
  • agile and empowering, encouraging autonomy and initiative.

We are hiring for our headquarters based in Issy les Moulineaux (92) a Group Opportunity Coordinator.

Are you looking to start your career in a fast-paced international environment? Do you want to work on high-impact projects that directly influence business success? Join Geopost as a Group Tender Coordinator Apprentice and become part of a dynamic team at the heart of the company’s global strategy!

What’s in it for you?

In this apprenticeship, you'll get hands-on experience working alongside the Group Opportunity & Data Management (ODM) team, part of the Global Account Team Experts (GATE). You’ll be contributing to high-stakes, multi-country tenders that are critical to the business, helping to win new contracts and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Learn by doing: You’ll gain practical knowledge about how businesses respond to international tenders, coordinating with teams across Europe and learning the intricacies of the logistics and transport sector.
  • Build essential skills: Develop critical project management, communication, and analytical skills by coordinating responses to tenders, understanding customer needs, and preparing top-quality submissions that set Geopost apart from the competition.
  • Grow your network: Collaborate with a diverse community of 60 tender experts across Europe and get involved in organizing exciting events that foster best practice exchanges and innovation.

Your key responsibilities:

Support sales leads exchange within subsidiaries:

  • Gain a deep understanding of how sales leads are shared and coordinated between Geopost’s business units.
  • Provide key support by facilitating timely lead management and reporting back on the progress.

Help coordinate multi-country tender responses:

  • Understand and synthesize customer needs and requirements.
  • Be the bridge between internal stakeholders and different country teams by ensuring all information is consistent and well-prepared.
  • Prepare and deliver polished final offers to prospective clients, making sure they align perfectly with client needs.

Animate our European Tender Community:

  • Organize and participate in virtual and in-person meetings with tender experts across Europe, learning from experienced professionals.
  • Moderate discussions, share best practices, and keep the community engaged through our central tools.
  • Support community members by ensuring they have access to all the necessary internal resources and tools.

Assist in broader projects:

  • Get involved in a variety of exciting projects within the ODM/GATE team, helping with key initiatives and cross-functional work.

Who are we looking for?

  • A proactive learner: Someone excited about tackling new challenges and ready to learn in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • A great communicator: You’ll be coordinating with teams across different countries, so strong communication and organizational skills are key.
  • A problem solver: The tender process can be complex, so we need someone who can think critically and find solutions.
  • Detail-oriented: As the tender process is highly competitive, attention to detail is crucial to ensure we deliver the best possible submissions.

At Geopost, we believe that sustainable performance is built by the people who make it happen.

Here is what you will find in practice:

  • high-impact projects, both business and societal, used every day by millions of customers,
  • a culture that values continuous learning, diversity and inclusion,
  • real growth opportunities within a Group that actively encourages mobility and talent development.

Here, your expertise makes a difference. Everyone can build a professional journey aligned with their strengths, ambitions and the Group's development opportunities.

As a signatory of the Diversity Charter and the 50+ Charter, Geopost is committed to equal opportunities and the employment of talent across all generations. In this regard, we are proud to have obtained the Young Engagement Label 2026.
