EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Sales Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to business development, new client prospecting, and sales opportunity follow-up. You will hold a versatile position combining sales, client relations, and negotiation, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Sales Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in developing our commercial activity and converting new opportunities.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Sales prospecting: identify and contact new companies that could become EIC partners.
  • Prospect qualification: understand client needs and evaluate the potential of identified opportunities.
  • Portfolio development: contribute to expanding the company’s prospect and client base.
  • Client relationship management: develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with partner companies.
  • Pipeline building: build and maintain a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Sales follow-up: conduct follow-ups and support prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Offer presentation: present services and solutions according to identified needs.
  • Commercial proposals: contribute to preparing proposals tailored to partner expectations.
  • Negotiation and closing: participate in sales discussions through to opportunity conversion.
  • Target tracking: monitor sales indicators and contribute to reaching defined objectives.
  • Opportunity analysis: identify companies, industries, and trends with commercial potential.
  • Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with recruitment, marketing, and operations teams to ensure high-quality follow-up.
  • Process optimization: contribute to improving sales methods, CRM tools, and commercial tracking.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • You are currently studying business, sales, management, marketing, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in sales, negotiation, and client relations.
  • You are comfortable with direct prospecting and communicating with professional stakeholders.
  • You can analyze a need and present a solution clearly and convincingly.
  • You are results-driven and enjoy commercial challenges.
  • You are persistent and comfortable with sales follow-ups.
  • You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable using office, collaborative, and CRM tools.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and work well as part of a team in an international environment.
  • A good level of English may be required depending on the companies and assignments.
