EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Tourism Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to designing, preparing, and managing tourism offers for our partner companies. You will hold a versatile position combining tourism, client relations, and operational coordination, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Tourism Intern at EIC, you will contribute to creating and successfully delivering tourism offers and experiences.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Offer design: contribute to creating programs, tours, and stays adapted to different target customers.
  • Supplier research: identify accommodation providers, transportation companies, activities, and local partners.
  • Supplier follow-up: collect relevant information and maintain communication with different providers.
  • Trip preparation: contribute to building detailed itineraries and organizing the different stages of each trip.
  • Budget follow-up: assist with estimating and monitoring costs related to tourism offers.
  • Client relations: respond to inquiries, advise clients, and support them while preparing their stay.
  • Booking management: assist with tracking accommodation, transportation, activities, and other services.
  • Administrative support: prepare files, quotes, contracts, and travel documents.
  • On-the-ground coordination: contribute to ensuring trips run smoothly and help manage unexpected situations.
  • Client satisfaction: collect traveler feedback and contribute to improving existing offers.
  • Market analysis: monitor tourism trends, destinations, and traveler expectations.
  • Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Process optimization: contribute to improving booking tools and client follow-up processes.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • You are currently studying tourism, hospitality, project management, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in travel, destinations, and client relations.
  • You are organized, rigorous, and attentive to detail.
  • You are comfortable managing several projects simultaneously.
  • You enjoy researching destinations, activities, and tourism suppliers.
  • You have a strong customer-focused mindset and enjoy advising and supporting clients.
  • You can react quickly when unexpected situations arise.
  • You are dynamic, autonomous, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • You are interested in developing your skills in an international and multicultural environment.
  • A good level of English may be required depending on the companies and assignments.
