We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Inspection Back-Office team in China. This internship will provide hands-on experience in technical training performance, data analysis, operations management and supply chain quality.

Important information

  • This position is open to candidates holding a French passport, as participation in the “1,000 Internships in China” programme is required.
  • The internship must last six months.
  • The candidate must be able to obtain a six-month internship agreement from their school or university.
  • Visa and administrative procedures take approximately three to four months.
  • As a result, the internship is expected to start from January/February 2027 at the earliest.
  • Candidates must be able to anticipate and plan for this timeline.

About the role

The successful candidate will contribute to the analysis and improvement of our inspection back-office processes. Working closely with the Technical and Operations teams, you will help identify performance gaps, define training needs and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

You will work in a fast-paced, international environment and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders across different countries.

Key responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Analysing key performance indicators, with a particular focus on remote countries, to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Identifying new training needs and realignment requirements in collaboration with the Technical Team, particularly for apparel inspections.
  • Supporting the completion and improvement of the revamped e-learning platform.
  • Ensuring alignment between the e-learning platform and inspectors’ certification through the front-end system.
  • Working closely with the Technical Team to prioritise and organise required training sessions.
  • Reviewing country-specific reports and defining appropriate action plans, with priority given to remote countries.
  • Supporting the automation of inspection “One Sliders”, initially focusing on priority remote countries.
  • Contributing to ESG services, including Supply Chain Mapping and Purchase Order Traceability.
  • Analysing processes, testing new ideas and helping implement solutions in collaboration with technology teams.
  • Supporting the development of clear and efficient tools, workflows and documentation for operational teams.
About you

  • Student or recent graduate with an interest in operations, supply chain, quality control, technical training, data analysis or project management.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and solution-oriented.
  • Comfortable working with data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Able to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interested in technology, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Available for a six-month internship and able to obtain a corresponding internship agreement from your school or university.
