EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Tourism Project Coordinator.

In this role, you will actively contribute to designing and commercializing tourism offers for our partner companies. You will hold a versatile position combining project management, client relations, and offer development, with real responsibilities from day one.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Tourism Project Coordinator at EIC, you will play a key role in creating, commercializing, and managing tourism offers.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Offer design: help create programs, tours, and stays adapted to target customers.
  • Supplier relations: identify and follow up with accommodation providers, transportation companies, and local suppliers.
  • Destination development: identify new destinations and potential partners.
  • Trip planning: build detailed programs and the associated budgets.
  • Client satisfaction: collect traveler feedback and contribute to improving offers.
  • Sales follow-up: support clients in choosing and booking their stay.
  • Administrative management: prepare files, quotes, contracts, and travel documents.
  • On-the-ground coordination: ensure trips run smoothly and manage unexpected issues.
  • Market analysis: study destinations, trends, and traveler expectations.
  • Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Process optimization: contribute to improving booking tools and client follow-up processes.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • You are currently studying tourism, hospitality, project management, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in travel, destinations, and client relations.
  • You are rigorous when it comes to administrative follow-up and meeting deadlines.
  • You have strong destination knowledge and a customer-focused mindset.
  • You are comfortable managing several stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • You are comfortable building travel programs and tracking budgets.
  • You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and work well as part of a team in an international environment.
  • A good level of English may be required depending on the companies and assignments.
