Junior Valuer – Cushman & Wakefield Amsterdam

As a Junior Valuer at Cushman & Wakefield in Amsterdam, you will support senior valuers in delivering high‑quality valuation and advisory services across a wide range of real estate asset types. You will work on offices, logistics, residential, mixed‑use developments, and specialized assets, contributing to financial modelling, market analysis, and client reporting. This role is ideal for someone eager to develop strong technical valuation skills and grow within one of the leading real estate advisory firms in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing valuation reports for individual assets, portfolios, and redevelopment opportunities.
  • Conduct market research, including rental evidence, yield analysis, and broader market trends across asset classes.
  • Support financial modelling using valuation tools, Excel, and internal databases.
  • Gather and verify property, lease, and market data from internal and external sources.
  • Contribute to client presentations, pitch materials, and advisory assignments.
  • Collaborate closely with senior valuers to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of valuation outputs.
  • Maintain and update transaction and market intelligence relevant to the Dutch real estate market.
  • Work cross‑functionally with Research, Capital Markets, and Agency teams when needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Urban Studies, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical mindset with interest in commercial real estate markets.
  • Familiarity with valuation methods such as DCF, income approach, and comparable analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with valuation or modelling software is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Detail‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Motivation to learn and develop toward becoming a Registered Valuer.
