Support the day-to-day administration of AMS;
Maintain and monitor application and ITSM-related data;
Ensure data quality, consistency, and completeness;
Analyze AMS data and identify trends and improvement opportunities;
Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and KPIs;
Support AMS users and ITSM-related activities;
Contribute to process improvements and AMS evolution;
Document procedures and best practices.

Master’s student (M1/M2) or Engineering student;
Background in IT, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or ITSM;
Good knowledge of Excel and and good command of English
Knowledge of Tableau and/or SQL is a plus;
Microsoft Dynamics knowledge is appreciated;
Analytical, curious, rigorous, and proactive;
Comfortable working with both technical and business teams.
