EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as an Accounting Intern.
In this role, you will actively contribute to financial monitoring, day-to-day accounting, and reporting for our partner companies.
You will hold a versatile position combining accounting, finance, and control, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.
The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Accounting Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in ensuring reliable accounting and financial monitoring.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Financial monitoring: help track financial flows, budgets, and variances against forecasts.
- Quantitative analysis: produce reliable analyses to support management decisions.
- Bookkeeping: record and check routine accounting entries.
- Reconciliations: perform bank reconciliations and account matching.
- Closing activities: contribute to monthly and annual closing work.
- Reporting: build and maintain clear, up-to-date financial dashboards.
- Control and reliability: check data consistency and flag potential anomalies.
- Forecasting: contribute to preparing budgets and cash flow forecasts.
- Operational support: help teams understand their financial indicators.
- Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with the sales, administrative, and management teams.
- Process optimization: contribute to automating reporting and improving tracking tools.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- You are currently studying finance, accounting, management, economics, or a related field.
- You have a genuine interest in numbers, accounting, and rigorous financial management.
- You are proficient in Excel and comfortable using management and reporting tools.
- You understand the fundamentals of general accounting.
- You are rigorous, organized, and attentive to data reliability.
- You are dynamic, autonomous, and proactive.
- You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and work well as part of a team in an international environment.
- A good level of English may be required depending on the companies and assignments.
