About DI and the team

Danish Industry (DI) is Denmark's largest business and employers' organisation. DI helps companies from various sectors run and grow their businesses. In International People & Mobility, we work to ensure that Danish companies can attract and retain international employees. Our activities include advising companies as well as participating in projects and partnerships with companies and other stakeholders.

About the role

You will join a small team where you will be trusted with your own tasks and take ideas from planning to publication. Your tasks may vary, but communication will be central to the role.

Your tasks will among others include:
• Managing and developing the Expat in Denmark Instagram account and newsletter including researching topics, planning content and creating visuals in Canva.
• Writing articles and LinkedIn posts for different projects.
• Supporting events, stakeholder communication and practical follow-up.
• Preparing presentations, overviews and communication materials.
• Promoting events such as Tax Q&A sessions.
• In time, using Excel to structure and maintain lists and data.

About you

We are looking for a student who:
• Is enrolled in a bachelor's or master's programme at a Danish university.
• Writes and speaks English fluently
• Can participate in basic conversations in Danish. You do not need to be fluent, and it is fine if you are still learning.
• Has experience with social media and creating content for specific audiences.
• Can use Canva and Outlook and has basic Excel skills.
• Works independently, takes responsibility and is structured and quality-conscious.

Your field of study is less important than your motivation, communication skills and willingness to learn.

What we offer
• A student job with meaningful communication tasks and a high degree of responsibility.
• Experience with social media, newsletters, events and project support.
• Insight into how DI works with international talent, companies and partners across Denmark.
