EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as an Executive Operations Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to managing and improving the operations of our teams and partner companies.

You will hold a versatile position combining operations, analysis, and project management, with close exposure to senior management and real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Executive Operations Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in managing the efficiency and reliability of our operations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Operational follow-up: ensure daily activities run smoothly and procedures are followed.
  • Performance analysis: monitor operational indicators and identify key bottlenecks.
  • Executive operations: support senior management in the operational management of the company.
  • Review preparation: build tracking materials for management meetings and business reviews.
  • Priority follow-up: track actions and decisions made at leadership level.
  • Continuous improvement: propose and implement concrete process improvements.
  • Procedure documentation: formalize standard operating procedures and internal guides.
  • Cross-team coordination: improve communication between the different departments involved.
  • Tool management: contribute to configuring and ensuring the proper use of internal tools.
  • Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with the sales, recruitment, and administrative teams.
  • Reporting: prepare follow-up reviews and dashboards for management.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • You are currently studying management, operations, engineering, business, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in process optimization and operational efficiency.
  • You are comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and tracking tools.
  • You can synthesize information and produce clear materials for decision-makers.
  • You are able to manage several priorities simultaneously with rigor.
  • You enjoy cross-functional environments that require coordination and responsiveness.
  • You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and work well as part of a team in an international environment.
  • A good level of English may be required depending on the companies and assignments.
