WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Support the preparation and facilitation of workshops, training sessions and events
- Create presentations, communication materials and management updates
- Support international HR and organizational development projects
- Take ownership of individual work packages and initiatives
- Support development programs and learning initiatives
- Contribute to employee engagement and culture projects
- Support the follow-up process of the annual employee survey, including analysis coordination, action planning and communication activities
- Assist in the planning and execution of HR communication initiatives and campaigns

Qualifikationen
THAT'S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH
- Studies in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences, Communication or a comparable field
- Strong interest in People Development and Corporate Culture
- Experiences with MS-Office
- Very good communication skills and proficiency in English and German
- Engagement
- Ability to work in a team
- Analytical way of thinking and strategic way of working
