About the DWS P.A.C.E. Graduate Program
Our 2-year P.A.C.E. Graduate Program begins with an intensive onsite onboarding program with all global P.A.C.E. participants in Frankfurt, Germany. You will then join your assigned division and complete four six-month rotations there. Throughout the program you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance and to grow your network within DWS.

- Work with diverse teams across departments and countries to support and enable the success of DWS
- Share your ideas, think creatively and help shape the world of asset management
- Take ownership, make decisions and grow through hands-on learning

About the Team

As our DWS Graduate in our team, you will:
- Support client coverage and sales activities by responding to client requests, preparing reports and presentations, maintaining CRM data, and assisting the sales team with day-to-day business opportunities.
- Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives, including the preparation of marketing materials, support for events and digital campaigns, and the implementation of local product and commercial initiatives.
- Assist with client servicing and operational processes, including onboarding new clients, coordinating with international teams, managing documentation and compliance requirements, and supporting client transactions and enquiries.
- Ad hoc clients request on product characteristics, documentation, fund data…
- Regular reporting to clients - customized or ready to send.
- Product change information to institutional clients and platforms (e.g. Mergers, liquidation, new shares, dividend distribution, etc.)
- Salesforce tool maintenance
- Preparation of Marketing Material and Sales presentation for Local & International Funds. Compliance checks for internal approval.
- Marketing and events support.
- Support on digital marketing activities across channels including owned social media and email communications to clients
- Implement the different campaigns into the local market
- Daily report and support to Sales team members
- Client onboarding procedures: legal documents fulfilment, account opening, internal request on proprietary tools, tracking of procedure…
- Client service support: Subscription and Redemptions, client complaints, ad hoc requests, orders support
- Fulfilment of compliance requests to operate with institutional and distribution clients.
- Client request management via Telephone and emailing on specific client questions (Dealing, Trailer fees, factsheets...)
- Support for legal and administrative tasks (e.g. Handling of agreements, Know Your Client maintenance, audit evidence management, team calendar management)
The Team is looking for:
- Good knowledge about mutual funds, ETF and private assets
- Good knowledge of markets and macroeconomic environment
- Asset Management expertise in products and operational process.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, knowledge German or Portuguese is an advantage
- Excel, Power Point, Bloomberg, Morningstar, Salesforce...
- Capacity to interact with Luxemburg and Germany head office and back office
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communication skills and public speaking abilities
- Eligibility based on the eligibility criteria mentioned at the top of this post
